SMITHSONIAN: MEN OF PROGRESS

In 1862 Christian Schussele painted "Men of Progress" to recognize scientists and inventors who "had altered the course of contemporary civilization". In BGP’s exhibit, a visitor taps any of the figures in the painting, and a kinetic silent animation is triggered which illustrates the subject's contribution.
